For me, training is an indispensable and enriching vehicle that provides people with the necessary skills to grow in their personal and professional careers.

On the one hand, I provide theoretical and innovative knowledge that helps to address specific concerns, and on the other, I seek to awaken and enhance everything that each individual already carries with them, so that they can apply it effectively to the needs that arise.

In many cases, by being asked the right questions, the participants themselves can come to valuable conclusions and solutions on their own.

"Last school year, IES 8 de Marzo, in search of talks and presentations that would help us promote inclusion in our classrooms, we were fortunate to receive Simone Tiemann. She explained how important our gaze is in the development of people with ASD and the difference between what we see and what it can mean.
This talk led to thinking and reflecting on "normality" and "difference". She made us understand that, in order to attend to students with ASD in the classroom, it is first necessary to know from what "place" we look at them.
Simone was professional and passionate, she is seen as committed, willing to share her knowledge with others. Her presentation was as exciting as it was interesting, and we all left with a new perspective on Neurodiversity."

"Her training in ASI and her approach to children with special needs motivated me to organize, through ICAP, an introductory course in SI for physiotherapists and occupational therapists who work with children and adults with different SI dysfunctions in schools and CAD (dependency care centers) in Cantabria.
I want to express my gratitude to Simone for her willingness to share her knowledge with other professionals and thus help us provide a more tailored response to the needs of these individuals. I would also like to highlight that the learning methods used in the course were dynamic and attractive.

Simone offered us a very practical training. Adjusted one hundred percent to our needs, responding to the issues that really concerned us, without following a pre-established script. Despite being focused on day-to-day life, it was not devoid of a scientific basis.
Despite the little time we had available, she left us with a wide list of useful bibliography and materials that will allow us to continue advancing in the area of sensory integration.
